Outlook Construction Consultants Ltd. is a local Bermuda company founded in 2023 by Thomas Sherratt.

Thomas received his degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading, College of Estate Management, and has over 20 years experience in the construction industry, working in both New York and Bermuda as a cost consultant, contractors QS and project manager.

Prior to founding OCC Ltd., Thomas held the position of Commercial Manager at Greymane Contracting Ltd. responsible for managing the construction operation for one of Bermuda's leading General Contractors.
